Some employers, schools, hospitals, districts, and programs specifically require the official American Heart Association card. The American Heart Association Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED course is for students who need an official American Heart Association course completion card. This course is commonly required for certain jobs, schools, workplace safety programs, healthcare-related positions, childcare programs, fitness jobs, security positions, and other employment or regulatory requirements.
The Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED course teaches students how to provide first aid, perform CPR, and use an automated external defibrillator safely and effectively. The course includes training for adult, child, and infant emergencies, depending on the selected course path and required modules.
This course may include topics such as adult CPR, child CPR, infant CPR, AED use, choking relief, medical emergencies, injury emergencies, environmental emergencies, bleeding control, burns, allergic reactions, stroke warning signs, heart attack warning signs, seizures, fainting, diabetic emergencies, heat illness, cold emergencies, and emergency response steps.
For students who need the American Heart Association Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED card, the course price is $90. The required student book is $15. This makes the total price $105.

The American Heart Association Heartsaver K-12 CPR, First Aid, AED card is designed for students working in or connected to the K-12 school system. This may include teachers, school employees, aides, coaches, after-school program staff, district employees, campus support staff, and individuals who need a CPR certification card that clearly identifies the K-12 course option.
This card is especially helpful for students working with school districts, including those connected to Los Angeles Unified School District or other K-12 environments where an American Heart Association logo is required on the CPR certification card.
The K-12 course includes CPR, First Aid, and AED training for school-related emergency response. Students learn how to respond to emergencies that may happen in a classroom, playground, school office, gym, field, bus area, or after-school setting. The course may cover adult, child, and infant CPR, AED use, choking response, first aid emergencies, injury care, and medical emergencies.
This option is best for students who have been told that they need an American Heart Association card and that their job or school setting prefers or requires the K-12 version.
For students who need the American Heart Association Heartsaver K-12 CPR, First Aid, AED card, the course price is $65. The required student book is $15. This makes the total price $80.
Students should select this option if they work in a K-12 school system and need an American Heart Association card with K-12 identification.

This course is focused on emergencies involving children and infants. Pediatric CPR and First Aid training is especially important for childcare providers because emergencies can happen quickly in daycare and preschool environments. A child may choke, have an allergic reaction, fall, suffer a burn, experience breathing difficulty, have a seizure, develop heat illness, or need CPR.
We offer the American Heart Association Pediatric First Aid CPR AED option for students whose employer or licensing program requires an AHA card. The American Heart Association Pediatric CPR and First Aid course price is $90. The required book is $15. This makes the total price $105.
This course may cover child CPR, infant CPR, AED use, choking relief, breathing emergencies, allergic reactions, asthma-related emergencies, bleeding, burns, injuries, fever-related concerns, environmental emergencies, and how to respond until professional help arrives. Depending on the course requirement, optional modules may be available, including topics such as asthma care, childcare-related emergency response, and Heartsaver Total course content.
