About Us — CPR and First Aid Training School

About the CPR And First Aid Training School

The CPR And First Aid Training School starts with a root understanding of healthy living. Too often people try to resolve problems only after they’ve already become serious. Many come from backgrounds with little foundation in true health, and community‑wide dietary choices literally kill.

We recognized a dual crisis: a lack of healthy choices, and a lack of mindset or guidance around nutrition and food sourcing.

While we began purely as a CPR class, our deep dive into cardiac arrests, heart attacks, and related ailments revealed that most people simply don’t know what’s killing them—and often feel trapped in addictions to poor living.

Let’s Really Save Some Lives

Beyond CPR certification, we address actual poisons—drugs, alcohol, and poor nutrition. You’ll earn your AHA certification and simultaneously gain a foundation in health education and nutrition. For those who want it, advanced certifications will teach you to treat illness both in yourself and in others.

Many are prescribed medications without lifestyle change. We help you cope mentally with addiction and give you the knowledge to make better, healthier choices.

Our Mission

Our mission is simple: ensure everyone knows the What, When, Why, and How of CPR. Heart disease is the world’s #1 killer—CPR knowledge saves lives.

About Us

We’re a team of former doctors, paramedics, EMTs, teachers, and AHA/Red Cross instructors who wanted to give back this life‑saving skill—ideally even in grade school.

Our network of instructors teaches CPR differently so students retain the information—and learn preventive strategies too.
