Many moms think that you can only get protein from meat, like chicken, beef or even pork, well if your health conscious or even trying to just avoid cancer, we just want you to know that there are some vegetarian sources to get protein as well. Ignorance is not an excuse these days. We can make health decision based on the way we were brought up , but if we want the best for ourselves then we have to embrace the facts and do what’s right for our bodies.
